We’re seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic sales team by managing pricing, purchase orders, and customer communication across systems like Oracle and SAP. This hybrid role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and manage customer purchase contracts and prototype orders
• Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle and SAP
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination
• Analyze sales data to support pricing decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, credit, engineering, and plant teams
• Support continuous improvement in sales operations

• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• High attention to detail with timely and accurate processing
• Ownership mindset with reliable follow-through
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Oracle, SAP, and OEM customer portals
• 1-3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or admin roles
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
