Position: Fee Based Associate
Description Financial Operations Associate Join a growing financial services team supporting account maintenance, transaction processing, customer inquiries, and operational support functions. This is a great opportunity for candidates with banking, financial services, customer service, administrative, or operations experience.

What You'll DoProcess financial forms, documents, and account updates

Support clients and internal partners via phone and email

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Research and resolve account-related issues

Work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in daily tasks

What We're Looking For2+ years of customer service, administrative, banking, or financial services experience

Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

Comfortable handling phone and email communication

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly

Preferred

Banking, brokerage, retirement services, or financial operations experience

Call center or high-volume processing experience

Experience working with customer or account management system
