- Provide to the Customer information about all the system functions and about the release timing of the software versions and about project deadlines
- Analysis of requirements and specifications with the customer
- Ensure the correct configuration of the test cars and test benches, with all the different ECUs up to date with the approved Customer SW/HW
- Support the Customer an integration tests of the different control units and support the Customer in the result analysis and in the defect tracking
- Perform joint tests with the Customer to evaluate the development status of the system
- Ensure a first level analysis for all defects/parts coming from internal (Product Validation, Plant services) and external customers
- Analyze defects seen on customer R&D sites
- Be the R&D referent for our residents in Customer plants, and ensure the proper spread of information

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Provide to the Customer information about all the system functions and about the release timing of the software versions and about project deadlines
- Analysis of requirements and specifications with the customer
- Ensure the correct configuration of the test cars and test benches, with all the different ECUs up to date with the approved Customer SW/HW
- Support the Customer an integration tests of the different control units and support the Customer in the result analysis and in the defect tracking
- Perform joint tests with the Customer to evaluate the development status of the system
- Ensure a first level analysis for all defects/parts coming from internal (Product Validation, Plant services) and external customers
- Analyze defects seen on customer R&D sites
- Be the R&D referent for our residents in Customer plants, and ensure the proper spread of information
- Support customer production sites during product launch phases
- Provide regular status reports that illustrate the status of defects seen on customer R&D sites
- Coordinate the activities between us and Customer team
- Review and discuss with the Customer the claims status with the project support (PVL and SW PL), if needed
- Provide Information about the release timing of the software versions and about project deadlines
- Participate in the meetings with other suppliers in order to maximize the effectiveness in problem solving also In terms of time
- Coordinate with TPL and SW PL to ensure claim resolution
- Cooperate with internal developers to obtain and provide all the necessary information for the project
- Transfer the acquired "know-how" to us and closely collaborate with the our internal teams
- Electronic Engineering Degree, Information Science Degree
- English (recommended): written and spoken independent use (82 level)
- Customer interfaces language knowledge: written and spoken independent use (B2 level minimum)
- At least 3 years-experience in System Tests activities. The above competences have to be maturated in automotive area or other large scale markets
- Ability to work in multinational distributed teams
- High capacity of analysis and synthesis for all the technical issues
