About the Team The Corporate Supplier Industrialization team enables the industrialization of innovative products on aggressive development timelines across Lucid's global supply base. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and supplier partners, the team ensures groundbreaking technologies are successfully launched into production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

As part of this team, you will play a critical role in bridging product development and manufacturing execution, helping suppliers develop robust production processes that support Lucid's next generation of electric vehicle technologies.

About the Role We are seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronics & ADAS to lead supplier industrialization activities for electronic systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and related components across Lucid's global supply base.

This highly visible role requires deep technical expertise in electronics manufacturing and supplier development. You will partner closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and supplier teams to ensure innovative electronic products can be successfully industrialized and launched without compromising quality, reliability, or manufacturability.

The ideal candidate combines strong supplier industrialization experience with hands-on knowledge of ECUs, PCBAs, sensors, antennas, and electronics manufacturing processes. You must be equally comfortable influencing product development decisions and working directly with suppliers to create innovative manufacturing and quality control solutions.

What You'll Own Supplier Industrialization & Launch Readiness Own supplier industrialization activities for Electronics and ADAS commodity suppliers from product development through mass production.

Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities from design release through PPAP approval and production launch.
