Pay: $17–$23 per hour, including a base rate and guaranteed tip rate, plus unlimited customer tips.

This flexible opportunity offers both a standard 40‑hour week and a 32‑hour 4‑day week on a consistent basis.

As a Game Presenter, you will host live casino games on camera. No prior dealing experience is required; you will receive two weeks of training in our Evolution Academy. You will lead games of Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat and present them in front of a live audience.

You will work rotating shifts with regular breaks in a 24/7 on‑site studio, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Must obtain a Michigan Gaming License
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check
• Maintain professional appearance and wear assigned uniform
• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience

• Prolonged sitting at counter height
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Read chat screen from >4 feet away
• Communicate verbally to players
• Lift up to 10 lbs (shoe)
• Present on camera continuously in front of LED lights without eyewear
• Work full‑time schedule
• Game Show Host: wear 2+ inch heels while standing for 1.5 hours
