A great UHY client is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in One Stream and FP&A (budgeting/forecasting) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

The Finance Supervisor role is a hybrid position. This is a temporary, contracted position with the potential for direct hire.

Finance Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day‑to‑day financial planning and analysis activities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Utilize One Stream to support financial consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis tools).
• Analyze financial results and provide clear insights and recommendations to management.
• Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial data, assumptions, and outputs.
• Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end reporting processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior finance team members.

Finance Supervisor Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive finance experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience with One Stream (required).
• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Experience working with large data sets and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
