The Mortgage Loan Processor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Southfield, MI. In this role, the Loan Processor will ensure the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loan applications. Responsibilities include reviewing loan files, verifying borrower information, collaborating with underwriters and loan officers, gathering necessary documentation, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. The individual will play a key role in supporting each step of the loan approval process to deliver an exceptional experience for clients.

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes
• Expertise in Loan Processing, underwriting knowledge, and loan documentation review
• Experience adhering to compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in lending
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in loan processing or equivalent in the mortgage industry is highly desirable
