PCS is a growing practice within the organization. With a diverse portfolio of interesting and challenging work, you’ll impact some of the most technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects. You’ll be part of a growing global team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues, and collaborating cross‑border and cross‑functionally. You will review complex individual tax returns for income tax planning and advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families, becoming a trusted advisor to clients. You will work with specialists in International tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will manage, coach and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring they possess the knowledge, tools and opportunities to excel.

• Performing high‑quality review of complex tax returns
• Extensive knowledge and experience handling hedge‑fund and private‑equity K‑1s
• Researching tax issues to develop effective tax‑planning strategies and translate complex data into client‑ready insights and deliverables
• Building effective long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored service
• Maintaining your reputation in the field by constantly updating and sharing technical and best‑practice knowledge
• Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, supported by significant tax or financial‑planning experience
• CPA license or a licensed attorney is required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in professional services or a professional tax organization
• A thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, with the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• A thorough understanding of automated tax‑processing systems and laws within your area of technical professionalism

• A proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning
• A proven record in a professional services environment
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to adapt your work style to work with both internal and client team members

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hour to $150/hour. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
