Your responsibilities

Job Summary This individual is responsible for performing the daily activities of the general accounting department which includes monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts and financial statements, support of external audit, tax package preparation, quarterly HFM package preparation and other ad hoc reporting requirements.

Summary of Position:
This individual is responsible for performing the daily activities of the general accounting department which includes monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts and financial statements, support of external audit, tax package preparation, participation in the monthly financial close and other ad hoc reporting requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

* Preparation and analysis of monthly journal entries and reports

* Analyzing company performance against predefined expectations

* Reviewing accounting to ensure compliance

* Analyzing trends

* Review cost and activity against predefined budget

* Participation in the monthly general ledger close

* Participation in the preparation of monthly financial package on a timely basis.

* Reconciling balance sheet accounts

* Providing support for quarterly and annual external audit

* Routine accounting assignments

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree in accounting

* Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS

* 5+ years' experience

* Strong organizational skills

* Strong Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Requirements:

* SAP experience or other integrated system

* CPA and/or master's degree

$80,000-$90,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus of $6,000
