Are you tired of caring for 10-15 clients per shift? Join our team, where all we do is provide one-on-one care! Hiring for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Family-owned and operated. We treat our employees like family! Alliance Senior Care is looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the life of a senior.

Immediate Needs for Day and Overnight Shifts –
OVERNIGHT SHIFTS NEED TO BE ABLE TO STAY UNTIL 8AM

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• 12 Hour Night Shifts – Must be able to stay until 8am

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred – Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Experience working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
