Supports system compliance operations at Corewell Health, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements with a primary focus on revenue cycle compliance.

• Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with client groups, providing exceptional customer service and facilitating effective communication to promote engagement.
• Collaborates with leaders to build a strong culture of accountability, resolving routine situations and providing recommendations for follow‑up action.
• Coordinates, advises, and partners with organizational departments on regulatory compliance initiatives and regulations.
• Conducts audits and investigations of compliance contacts, collecting and monitoring data to detect non‑compliance, illegal activities, fraud, waste, or abuse.
• Maintains knowledge of laws and regulations impacting health care delivery and coverage, applying them in daily situations while educating others through formal training.
• Provides support to operational compliance committees and develops internal controls with corrective action to prevent unethical conduct.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, health care operations, nursing, or related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant skills, knowledge, abilities in health care operations and/or compliance experience desired.

• Education of clinical and non‑clinical staff including Medical Staff and mid‑level providers.
• Conducting investigations, performing interviews and summarizing results and findings.
• Certifications within1 year after hire (e.g., CHC, AAPC, AHIMA, ACFE, IIA, etc.).
