Position Overview
Revival Research Institute, LLC is a nationally recognized clinical research organization established in 2015 and headquartered in the Metro-Detroit region, with sites across Texas, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Carolina. Known for delivering high-quality data across multiple therapeutic indications, Revival continues to expand its national presence and operational capabilities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and strategic Recruitment Manager to oversee participant recruitment operations across all clinical research sites. This individual will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of recruitment workflows. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with strong compliance awareness, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience managing multi-site recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive recruitment strategies for all active and upcoming clinical trials.
  • Oversee site-level recruitment operations to ensure goals align with study timelines, sponsor expectations, and company enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with Site Leads, Clinical Operations, and Business Development to forecast recruitment feasibility for new studies.
  • Ensure all recruitment plans comply with sponsor requirements, IRB guidelines, and institutional policies.
Operational Management
  • Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment coordinators and patient engagement staff across all sites.
  • Review performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and recruitment campaign ROI on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure optimal use of CTMS platforms and digital recruitment tools to track leads and manage performance.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure all recruitment materials and advertisements are compliant, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Generate and present recruitment performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a centralized recruitment dashboard to monitor metrics across all locations.
  • Assist in developing KPIs and performance benchmarks for recruitment staff.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to GCP, HIPAA, IRB approvals, and sponsor-specific guidelines.
  • Oversee the documentation, approval, and version control process for all recruitment materials.
  • Conduct routine audits of recruitment workflows and training programs to ensure regulatory and institutional compliance.
Training & Development
  • Create and deliver training sessions on recruitment best practices, communication protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, continuous improvement, and positive patient engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in clinical research recruitment, preferably within a site network or CRO.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site recruitment operations and achieving enrollment goals.
  • Strong understanding of FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA regulations related to participant recruitment and data privacy.
  • Proficiency in CTMS systems (e.g., Real Time, Veeva, Clinical Conductor) and digital recruitment tools (e.g., Study

    KIK, Trialbee).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
