We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team at our Lakeland location in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, as well as managing laundry duties efficiently and effectively.

• Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing rooms and common areas.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items such as linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and laundry machines are operated safely and maintained properly.
• Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Proven experience as a housekeeper and laundry aide or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning and laundry equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Excellent communication skills.
