Responsibilities
  • Identify clear goals to maximize the efficiency of HR Operations and Payroll services, including optimizing HR processes, the usage of employee self‑serve technology and the automation of transactional tasks.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction around HR digital services.
  • Provide HR analytics that support organization leaders and positively impact the business.
  • Be responsible for ongoing HRIS and HRSSC activities execution and delivery.
  • Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of HRIS and HRSSC.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on People processes, data and systems, collaborating with other departments and COEs to integrate and streamline processes.
HRIS and HRSSC
  • Identify solutions and needs across COEs, Corporate HR and Local HR to define the strategic roadmap and execution plans for streamlined, compliant, and digital operations.
  • Manage people, resources, budget, and timelines, ensuring communication across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee communication and training for employees and managers related to new systems launched in HR.
  • Provide project management and stakeholder management across HR projects and initiatives.
  • Set, communicate, and lead the HR technology strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape globally.
  • Manage and drive the deployment of all HR systems part of the IAC HRIS roadmap.
  • Partner with ADP to guide implementation, maintenance, and governance of systems such as Success Factors, Global View, EV5/EV6, WFM, and Darwinbox.
  • Manage all HRIS activities related to M&A transactions.
  • Build business cases, support vendor selection, and ensure qualitative and quantitative requirements are met.
  • Partner with IT and external providers to ensure HR systems support growth, scalability, and enhance employee/manager experience.
  • Drive adoption of introduced technologies and conduct change management to improve digital maturity.
  • Conduct bi‑annual access reviews and oversee HR systems segregation of duties.
  • Develop solutions using latest technologies for data security integration and transfer.
HR Analytics
  • Oversee People data management, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain core HR data structure; lead the HRSSC and HRIS team to partner with HR managers and COEs on core HR data.
  • Drive people reporting and analytics strategy, including development of an analytics framework and governance model, and deliver actionable data insights.
  • Define and implement HR KPIs and dashboards, ensuring deployment, training, and adoption of reporting/analytics tools.
  • Foster a data‑driven culture within the organization.
  • Be responsible for HR analytics execution.
Payroll, Time & Attendance
  • Guarantee technical support for accurate and compliant payroll execution for the region, including systems and integrations.

  • Guarantee technical support for accurate and compliant benefit management for the region, including systems and integrations.
HR Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards such as GDPR or CCPA.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation in all personnel matters related to data, reporting (EEO‑1 OEWS reporting, etc.) and employment paperwork (I‑9, state wages forms, etc.).
  • Define and monitor processes to set and collect employment clauses (Non‑Compete, Non‑Solicitation, Confidentiality, DRP, etc.) as defined by the IAC Group and legal departments.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to define, communicate, and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Act as HR Data Representative, ensuring protection of personal employee data and answering queries related to the IAC Group Data Privacy Policy.
