Sr. Support Technician
Great Expressions Dental Centers

This full‑time position supports end‑user desktop, laptop, phone, and mobile device hardware and software services. All incidents are addressed according to service level agreements through the service desk system.

Schedule: 1pm-10pm Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  • Address all incidents within the service desk system according to service level agreements.
  • Leverage, design, and update enterprise desktop automation tools and implement additional automation.
  • Support the enterprise environment via Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Analyze and recommend hardware and software standardization.
  • Document or improve procedures relating to standards and policies.
  • Perform analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
  • Administration experience with computer imaging and enterprise desktop automation tools.
  • Experience using Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals such as printers and scanners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education & Experience
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in workstation system support.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
