Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of our network and data center during the day shift. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network and data center operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Manage and resolve customer tickets promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and drive resolutions to completion.
  • Provide timely, clear, and accurate feedback to customers and internal teams.
  • Handling wholesale phone number porting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S. Without Sponsorship
  • 1-3 Years of WAN/LAN-Related Experience
  • 1-3 Years of IT-Related Experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
