As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing SAP Project Systems solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Regular travel and leadership of project streams while actively engaging with clients

• Action-oriented with ability to deliver processes, solutions, and projects that impact sales and service offerings
• Stakeholder engagement, architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design across SAP and non-SAP integrations
• Analytical thinking and decision-making with broad policy understanding
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members
• Proven complex problem-solving and relationship management

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP, preferably with exposure to multiple industries
• At least one full SAP Project System implementation cycle with hands-on configuration in areas such as: project structure (definition, WBS, networks, templates), project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP
• Understanding of Project Systems integration with other SAP Modules:
  Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting components, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources
• Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics (e.g., Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, Resource Related billing)
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills; ability to research inquiries and emerging issues
• Willingness to travel

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP Certifications (including SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems)
• Associates experience with at least one full cycle implementation
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and relevant accounting industry experience
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments
