• Define automation strategy and coverage for product activation and POS flows.
• Design and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java/Python and tools like Selenium/Eggplant.
• Develop and execute API and database tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) and manage test environments.
• Oversee test execution, analyze results, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and troubleshoot automation issues.

• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Eggplant, Robot Framework).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) and version control systems.
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman) and database technologies (SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat Open Shift).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and test management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead distributed teams.
• Nice to Have:
  • Retail domain knowledge
  • Experience with Azure Cloud

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $65,200 - $158,550.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
