We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to lead testing efforts for complex applications in a fast‑paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing, accessibility compliance, and test strategy development.

Lead testing initiatives for complex applications, including planning, design, and execution of test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile settings, ensuring quality and accessibility standards are met. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent) and integrate test artifacts with Azure Dev Ops.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Strong experience designing and executing test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for managing user stories and test cases.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
• ADA compliance testing experience.

Permanent position based out of Lathrup Village, MI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
