We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong understanding of marketing technology (Mar Tech) to help drive the development and optimization of products that enable marketing strategies. This role will partner closely with the Mar Tech leadership to ensure seamless integration of tools, platforms, and processes that enhance customer engagement and marketing performance. • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop and execute the Marketing Technology product portfolio strategy, ensuring effective management of the product lifecycle to foster innovation and maximize business value.
• Work closely with Mar Tech specialists to integrate marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and personalization tools.
• Ensure interoperability between marketing platforms and core product systems.
• Leverage marketing data and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Partner with marketing and data teams to improve attribution models, segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Communicate product updates and performance metrics to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Turn deep business insights into actionable, visionary technology product strategies that rally the organization.
• Achieve measurable business outcomes by managing the Marketing technology product portfolio roadmap, establishing clear KPIs, and leveraging data for continuous adaptation.
• Utilize vendor roadmaps, market trends, and a comprehensive understanding of the technology ecosystem and emerging technologies to make informed trade‑off decisions and deliver exceptional staff experiences.
• Align product/technology initiatives with organizational goals and foster strategic partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing technology, product management, or a related area
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven strategic thinking and execution skills and a proven track record of successfully driving business value.
• Adaptability to changing market trends and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, scaling product practices, and influencing, leading, and inspiring cross‑functional teams.
