Qualifications

Education:

BS/BA degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field including MLT, MT Preferred

Work Experience:

Demonstrate how you’ve leveraged Customer Experience processes to act as an advocate for customers At least 5 years of experience working with Laboratory Information Systems or other related systems

Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or training other team members

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

Knowledge:

Customer Experience Management Laboratory operations workflow

Design Thinking Business/Digital Analysis Agile Healthcare, clinical lab, or related industry knowledge

Skills:

Change management Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Beyond the typical communications skills, an ability to tell a story is a must have “what does the data tell us?”Ability to build strong and trusted relationships Collaborate with others for optimal results Ability to work independently and drive for results Business process mapping (BPM) skills beneficial

Travel Required:

Technical Training or Professional Licensing:

Minimum of 3-5 years of analyst experience including at least 1-2 years of project management or direct management related activities Desirable:
Experience working within the medical laboratory industry, hospitals, or healthcare clinic environment

Desirable:

Experience with Six Sigma and/or CMMi principles and processes

Desirable:
Prior supervisory experience

Preferred Technical Training or Licensing:

Epic certification

Responsibilities

Lead technology execution and implementations for key clients ensuring seamless delivery of IT services

Work with various development teams and product managers in the development and administration of the departmental budget and new enhancement requests Works together with software developers, business stakeholders, and supporting resources to plan and execute projects Foster strong client relationships and drive key technology solutions

Act as primary liaison for strategic clients

Manage escalations and monitor system performance with a proactive approach

Delegates tasks, organizes, mentors and motivates a team of developers, specialists, and/or connectivity resources

Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture
