Applied Innovation is seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service team in Southfield, MI. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with light on-call rotation after training.
You will install, configure, and support client IT environments, including Windows/macOS, servers, AD, and 365, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong communication skills, and experience with Connect Wise and Cisco Meraki.
