Prominent Civil Rights and Personal Injury law firm seeks a highly motivated and qualified civil litigation attorney who wishes to join its high-profile trial team, dedicated to securing high-dollar verdicts and settlements for its clients. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of Metro Detroit’s leading legal teams based in Southfield, MI.

candidates must have exceptional writing, speaking, and people skills

Must be licensed in Michigan or have the ability to become licensed!

• 2+ years of prior litigation experience. Prior experience with Civil Rights litigation is a plus!
• Excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills.
• J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school.
• Member in good standing and active in the Michigan Bar or ability to become licensed.
• Former appellate clerkship is desirable.
• Law review experience and high academic achievement preferred.
• Ability to work on a team and be responsive to other lawyers and clients.
• Willingness to work hard, often on short deadlines, and open to learn from appellate lawyers with extensive experience.
• Must be willing to submit writing samples.
