We are seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager. The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the Business Line (BL) Supply Chain Teams and the Material Management Teams in best practices that support the overall business objectives. The BL Supply Chain Teams are responsible for the development of a supply plan that balances all aspects of supply with the demand plan and meets financial, service and operational objectives for the supply chain.

This includes all aspects of supply for the business lines and requires coordination with the plant, purchasing, distribution, transportation and finance teams to create the appropriate capacity, production, inventory, procurement and transportation plans. It includes the development, adherence management, and regular adjustment of the supply plan to meet evolving customer demand. The Materials Management Teams are responsible for the overall materials function and leading the efforts of Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse Management and Inventory Control;

to ensure an orderly and cost-effective system is developed and maintained which will enable production and sales goals to be met while minimizing freight dollars and inventory days on hand. Main objectives are to (1) Ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders; (2) Optimize personnel, equipment, freight and inventories; (3) Acquire materials on‑time; (4) Anticipate and resolve problems with short‑term containment and permanent corrective action.

Ultimately, the Senior Supply Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing the continuous and efficient supply of finished good products to customers at optimal levels of inventory and manufacturing efficiency. Primary KPI accountability for overall Material Availability and its impact on OTIF, Inventory Dollars, Days on Hand, and Vendor Shipping Performance.
