Reports to the Vice President of Operations Build strong teams and help shape what’s next at Patriot Security.

We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager who takes pride in developing people, building trusted client relationships and delivering dependable security operations. If you enjoy bringing out the best in a team and solving the challenges that keep an operation moving, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll lead daily security operations across assigned accounts, support supervisors and officers, and work closely with the Vice President of Operations to strengthen performance and support Patriot’s growth.

What you’ll doLead daily operations and address service issues promptly

Coach supervisors and officers on procedures, professional conduct and performance

Build strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-through

Coordinate staffing and coverage

Support recruiting, interviews, training and employee development

Review performance and communicate staffing, safety and service concerns to leadership

Maintain accurate records and follow through on corrective actions

Improve processes and help support additional accounts as the company grows

What you’ll bring

Experience in security operations and team management

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Sound judgment, practical problem-solving and reliable follow-through

Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability

Experience supporting recruitment, training and employee development

Ability to meet requirements applicable to assigned duties and locations
