RN Registered Nurse

Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Base wage $35.15 - $39.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Hero pay $3.40 per hour.
• Shift premium $1.25 per hour for afternoons and midnight shifts (2nd and 3rd shift).
• Yearly wage increases.
• Sign-on bonus $5,000 with expedited payout. Paid $3,000 at 6 months of employment and $2,000 at 1 year of employment.

• 8-hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Full-time or part-time available.
• Afternoons and nights available.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• A current license to practice as an RN registered nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• A team player dedicated to doing what it takes to support team members and get the job done.
