Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team, providing specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care utilizing the latest technology while collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Base wage $35.15 – $39.00 per hour based on years of certification
• Hero pay $3.40 per hour
• Shift premium $1.25 per hour for afternoon and midnight shifts (2nd and 3rd shift)
• Yearly wage increases
• Sign‑on bonus $5,000 with expedited payout (>$3,000 paid after 6 months, $2,000 paid after 1 year)

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time available
• Afternoon and night shifts available

• Perform treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians; advise patients and families about medication changes and treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care to promote physical and psychosocial well‑being
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction, assignments, and training; contribute to recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors

• Current RN license in Michigan and valid CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in nursing or related field
• High analytical ability to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve complex problems
• Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
