Your Tasks
- Developing and management of quality standards and procedures in production plant
- Implementation and monitoring of quality control measures
- Ensuring product compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer requirements
- Implementation of SAP quality management module
- Preparation of quality documentation
- Planning and supervision of the implementation of audits
- Supervision of subcontractors to ensure that they meet the quality requirements of components and finished devices manufactured by Dürr
- Managing internal/external complaints, maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customers
- Collaborate with all departments in the organization to effectively implement corrective and preventive actions
- Reporting the status of production with suppliers
- Solving current problems regarding quality requirements
- Analysis of technical and quality documentation
- Analysis of qualitative data, implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Higher technical education in mechanics or mechatronics
- Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 8D, A3, Ishikawa, FMEA, 5S, 5
Why) - Experience in quality management, goal setting and team development
- At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in Automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team as part of a global corporation
- Analytical thinking, creativity, accuracy, independence, selves organization
- Ability to manage a team and motivate people to achieve ambitious goals
- Very good ability to read technical documentation and technical drawings
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel on business, category B driving license
