• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for best service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, food safety is maintained, food costs are controlled, and kitchen staff receive training in production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, recognizing and motivating them throughout their tenure.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
