Overview
The pay for this position starts at $15.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is interviewing for crew members. We are ranked #1 burger in America for our delicious food and exceptional employees. Our restaurants feature open kitchens and a team-oriented environment where employees work in multiple areas, from the register to the grill, morning prep, and evening close.

Responsibilities- Contribute to daily restaurant operations across multiple areas (register, grill, prep, closing duties) as needed to support team success.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience to customers and uphold company values.
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program and other recognition initiatives as applicable.
