Compensation: Initial 90-day base salary + commission; then commission-only

• Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess their tree care needs
• Diagnose, Educate, & Recommend: Identify tree health issues and propose effective solutions for clients that are in their best interest
• Estimate & Scope: Develop detailed work plans and accurate estimates for our crews. Take detailed notes to set crews up for success
• Close Deals: Turn consultations into satisfied customers with your sales prowess.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay Organized: Utilize our CRM and tools like Company Cam to keep everything on track.

• Experience: Experience in tree care or arboriculture. 3+ years is preferred but anyone is welcome to apply.

• Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent is a plus.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift 20‑30 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean record.
