Overview
Harvard Resource Solutions LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work in Southfield, MI. You will be part of a sales team selling software solutions to car dealerships on a business-to-business basis. Warm leads are provided by the company. Training and ongoing support are provided. Short sales cycles, with commissions available sooner than in some other B2B roles.
Position type:
Full time. Direct Hire. Hybrid (In office Tue/Wed/Thu, Remote Mon & Fri) 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Pay: $45,000 annual base plus commission. Potential to earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually for high performers. PTO and benefits package provided.

- Work directly on the Sales team with the Manager focused on delivering results.
- Utilize 80+ provided leads per month, engaging with dealership decision makers and guiding the sales process from contact to close.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage opportunities, and sell, cross-sell, and up-sell software products.
- Perform active listening and build rapport to understand the dealership’s software needs.
- Present software solutions that meet client needs, handle questions and objections, negotiate, and secure business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper product delivery and support.
- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement and work both independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma required; a degree is nice to have.
- 1–2 years of successful B2B sales is required;
Inside Sales experience is preferred. - Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of talking with people.
- Backgrounds from automotive dealerships, software, finance, or credit industries or similar fields are a plus.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, drive, and passion for sales.
- Organized and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
