Responsibilities
  • Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of 360 Fire & Flood services, industry trends, and competitive information.
  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in restoration sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Outside sales and cold‑calling skills as well as solid knowledge of bid processes.
  • Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet, CRM programs, and smartphones.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • We offer a base salary plus commissions, car allowance, health insurance, 401(k) match, and other benefits.
