Alexandria Home Solutions is looking for a motivated Appointment Setting Manager to lead our field appointment-setting team. You'll play a key role in growing our customer pipeline by coaching your team, setting performance expectations, and helping connect homeowners with our home improvement solutions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading by example, and helping others succeed.

Recruit, train, and develop appointment setters.

Motivate your team to reach daily and weekly activity goals.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support.

Help team members improve their communication and appointment‑setting skills.

Build a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented environment.

Lead by example through face‑to‑face outreach with homeowners.

Help your team build rapport and create positive customer interactions.

Identify homeowner needs and potential sales opportunities.

Help qualify prospects and generate quality appointments for the sales team.

Monitor team activity and appointment results.
