Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer to support our mission‑critical operations. This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and to respond quickly to any incident.

• Set schedule – candidates must be flexible and able to work any shift (days, afternoons, or overnights) based on site needs.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Open availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
