This is a hands‑on role where you'll gain valuable experience working alongside seasoned professionals in excavation, sewer line repair, and equipment operation. Ideal for candidates with 1+ year of experience in construction or utility work and a strong desire to grow in the skilled trades.

• Assist in operating excavation equipment such as mini‑excavators, loaders, and asphalt saws.
• Support site preparation and concrete demolition for underground sewer and water repairs.
• Work under supervision to install and replace underground piping.
• Help with road cutting and excavation for utility line replacement.
• Rebuild utility structures including catch basins and manholes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and crew instructions.
• Participate in training and mentorship to advance technical skills.

• 1+ year of experience in excavation, plumbing, or general construction preferred.
• Basic understanding of underground utility work.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew leaders.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus, but not required).
