Ace Handyman Services of Bloomfield is growing! We are looking to add several new part-time and full-time skilled Handyman to our TEAM helping serve customers in Detroit, Bloomfield, Farmington, Birmingham, and around the surrounding Townships.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential settings to provide effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of various repair techniques and tools used in home maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
