This role focuses on afternoon and evening service calls, handling everything from routine plumbing repairs to emergency after‑hours drain work. You'll work directly with customers, providing expert diagnostics, repair options, and installations. • Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing accurate service options and quotes.
• Handle a wide range of plumbing tasks, including:
• Faucet repairs, toilet installation, and garbage disposal replacement.
• Drain cleaning, leak detection, and sewer line repair/replacement.
• Water heater installation, recirculation pumps, and gas piping.
• Remodel‑related plumbing services.
• Respond to emergency service calls and after‑hours drain work during afternoon/evening shifts.
• Complete all jobs with a customer‑first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and safety.

• Minimum of 2‑3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Experience quoting and presenting repair/install options.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently and be dispatched from home.
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compensation: $20‑35 per hour + weekly performance bonuses.

• Full‑Time – Afternoon and Evening shifts available.
