Road Ex is a financial services company specializing in the transportation/freight industry located in Southfield, MI. We are overgrowing and are looking for the right people to help us continue this growth. This is an opportunity to join a passionate, hard-working group in a comfortable environment. This Position is ONSITE from Monday to Friday within working hours 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics operations for shipments across North America
• Connect with clients and internal teams during training for long-term success
• Organize and manage various types of shipments (Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, Oversized Loads, Permit)
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
• Track freight using advanced software
• Coordinate with shippers and carriers daily
• Maintain customer relations and ensure freight delivery
• Monitor load boards and manage dispatch calls
• Train and support office staff
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Sell and close deals with customers

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Freight Brokerage Experience
• Strong work ethic with a drive to excel
• Ability to influence, persuade, and solve problems effectively
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Entrepreneurial spirit
