Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassion for others
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check, including drug testing
• Android or iPhone smartphone
• Motor vehicle (minivan, conversion van, full-size cargo van, or box truck) with auto insurance
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Will be responsible for completing and turning in patient paperwork at the end of each day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
