Access Arrangements Coordinator - Chelmsford, Essex

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Access Arrangements Coordinator to support learners with additional needs within a further education setting in Chelmsford.

This is a great opportunity for an organised, learner-focused professional with experience in access arrangements, exams support or SEND coordination.

• Coordinate access arrangements so learners receive appropriate support during examinations.
• Liaise with assessors, teaching staff, learning support and the exams team.
• Maintain accurate records, supporting evidence and assessment documentation.
• Track deadlines and help ensure arrangements meet current awarding body requirements.
• Support learners and staff with access arrangement queries.

• Experience supporting access arrangements within education.
• Knowledge of JCQ requirements and the evidence needed for applications.
• Strong organisation, communication and administration skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
