• Crisis Assessment:
  Conduct crisis assessments and risk evaluations for clients in urgent situations.
• Crisis Intervention:
  Provide crisis intervention services, including de-escalation techniques and emotional support.
• Safety Planning:
  Collaborate with clients to develop safety plans to mitigate immediate risks.

Referral and Coordination:
Connect clients to appropriate resources, including inpatient services, outpatient programs, and community resources.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and interventions.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
