This role involves preparing fresh food items daily for members, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise, and assisting members with bakery orders. You will ensure high‑quality products, maintain clean shelves, manage temperature control, verify expiration dates, and keep a member‑ready area.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare food according to specifications, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and safely operate equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Drive performance of the area, managing high exposure and expectations, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, guiding peers, and assisting customers.
• Advocate for the department and club, valuing member experience, modeling high‑quality service, and executing basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and colleagues, determining priorities, and recommending improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required training and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Food Service experience.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

• Hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
