Want to make a lot of people’s day? Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. That’s why it’s so important to smile, greet, and thank each and every one.

• Run registers and support members through the self‑checkout experience.
• Scan items, process payments, and maintain a clean area.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Juggle multiple tasks in a fast pace, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company’s products and services.
• Assist members with payments according to company policies, including various membership and payment types.
• Assist members with transactions using registers or the self‑checkout area.
• Zone the area and arrange and organize merchandise.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
