Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Join our meat team and you’ll help with quality, packaging, and display of meat items. You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience through attention to detail and customer service on the front line in the meat department.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members; and be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, product safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, and the preparation and handling of meat products to established standards; maintain product quality.

  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain operational excellence; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage in line with company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and product standards; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; supports open communication and applies policies in business processes.
