$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Overview

We are seeking an administrative professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the User Access Review process and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals interested in learning Identity and Access Management (IAM). Training will be provided, and there is room for growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the Office 365 suite, including creating and formatting Word documents and Excel files.
  • Copy and paste images, crop and edit content, and use tools such as the Snipping Tool to capture screenshots.
  • Convert documents into PDF format and ensure files are organized and properly formatted.
  • Follow detailed instructions to build clean, accurate documents for internal and external review.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to assist the User Access Review process.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that will be reviewed by external auditors.
Required Skills & Qualities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel (technical expertise not required).
