Base Pay Range

- Design, plan, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects such as bridges, buildings, and cofferdams.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for drafting and designing structural plans.
- Conduct finite element analysis to predict how structures will react under different conditions.
- Oversee critical crane lifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other professionals like architects, site managers, and construction engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide expert advice on structural matters during the demolition process.
- Prepare reports, designs, and drawings, making calculations about loads and stresses.
- Maintain the project's quality standards while adhering to the code of practice and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or eligibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a structural engineering role.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including erection, demolition, cofferdam, and critical crane lifts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with finite element analysis and its application in structural engineering.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to designing safe and durable structures.
