CNA Resident Care Associate - Assisted Living - Per Diem

Location: The Orchards of Southington (10165)
Shift: 5pm-9pm shift to fill in for time off and help with call outs. Opportunity for growth and pick‑up for more hours and potential for benefited position.

Provides service and care to each resident in a timely, efficient manner. Maintains expectations of resident and family with satisfactory results and implements high‑quality services in a positive customer‑service focused manner. Reports to the manager/director.

• Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to perform CPR.
