The ideal candidates will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing patient care.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients to assess their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with special education teams to support students with disabilities in educational settings.
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Strong experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and patient assessment protocols.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices related to individuals with disabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
