• Independently assign and complete tasks from a queue of client production requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Communicate effectively with Support teams to resolve client reported issues and provide technical insights for continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute as a member of a Scrum team, including attending daily stand-up meetings and collaborating on sprint goals.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to prepare new functionality for production deployment.
• Occasionally perform upgrade maintenance on the Online Banking Platform outside normal business hours to minimize client impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to deliver accurate work in a production environment where precision matters.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with Support, QA, and Development teams
• Strong problem solving ability for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions under time constraints.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts
• Willingness to step outside your comfort zone, learn new technologies, and take on challenges that drive personal and team success.
• Desire to learn more about the underlying architecture of the Online Banking Platform and how different components interact.

The salary range for this role is $61,200 - 85,374
